Course Policies:
1. Enrollment and Participation:
- Enrollment in this course constitutes an agreement to adhere to all policies outlined herein.
- Students are expected to actively engage in the course material and discussions to derive maximum benefit.
2. House of Cresci LLC ( The “Owner”) Discretion:
-House of Cresci LLC retains full discretion to remove students from the course at any time, without prior notice, if their behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to the learning environment or community.
-House of Cresci LLC has full discretion to remove students from the course if the owner deems the course material unsuitable for the student, student’s level, or learning style.
- The owner reserves the right to refuse service to any client or potential client without providing a reason.
3. Code of Conduct:
- Students are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism at all times within the course and all who are participating including the instructor.
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or any other form of misconduct will not be tolerated.
4. Refund Policy:
- In the event of removal from the course by the owner, no refunds will be provided.
- The are no refunds for voluntary student withdrawal from the course.
-If a payment plan is entered into, each payment must be completed on time. Course events or modules will become unavailable until the student completes their payments. If payments are not made in a timely manner, the student may be permanently removed from the course.
5. Communication:
- All communication between students and the course owner or instructors should be professional and respectful.
- Any concerns or grievances should be addressed directly with House of Cresci LLC through email.
6. Intellectual Property:
- All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, handouts, assignments, and lectures, are the intellectual property of the course owner and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.
7. Modification of Policies:
- The owner reserves the right to modify or update these policies as necessary.
8. Final Authority:
- The owner's decisions regarding course management, policies, and enforcement are final.
